China communist party celebration
The event brought together representatives of outstanding Party members, Party workers, and primary-level Party organisations from across China.
During the ceremony, honour guards escorted the July 1 Medal into the Great Hall of the People.

The Communist Party of China is commonly known as the Chinese Communist Party, the founding and ruling party of the People’s Republic of China,PRC.
It was founded in 1921, the CCP won the Chinese Civil War against the Kuomintang and proclaimed the establishment of the PRC under the chairmanship of Mao Zedong in October 1949.
Founding Fathers
The founding fathers of Communist Party of China (CPC) , are key intellectuals and Marxists, led primarily by Chen Duxiu and Li Dazhao.
Following the 1919 May Fourth Movement, their Marxist study groups paved the way for the First National Congress in Shanghai, which established the party. Chen Duxiu was elected as its first leader. [
Other pivotal founding figures and early delegates included:
- Mao Zedong (who later became the party’s most prominent leader), Li D, Zhang Guota, Li Hanjun and Dong Biwu



They were also assisted by Comintern (Communist International) representatives, notably the Dutch communist Henk Sneevliet (using the alias Maring)
