The Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at of Nigeria Elders Group, (Majlis Ansarullah) will Celebrate its 50th years anniversary Conference (Golden Jubilee) in Abeokuta, Ogun state, Southwest, Nigeria.
The six-day event is slated for Tuesday 19th to Sunday 23rd August, 2026 at the LISABI GRAMMAR SCHOOL, IDI-ABA, ABEOKUTA, OGUN STATE.
The Conference with a Theme: FAITH-BASED SOLUTIONS TO GLOBAL CHALLENGES, will feature Courtesy Calls on Islamic, Traditional Rulers, Political, opinion leaders, Security officials and top Government officials in Abeokuta, the State capital.
Activities
A 2-Day Free Medical Camp at the General Hospital, Iberekodo, Abeokuta, will be declared open by the Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at of Nigeria, Alhaji Alatoye Folorunso Azeez.
The highpoints of the Conference are special lectures, prayers for Nigeria, Sports, Speech Contest, Quranic recitation and Quiz competitions.
The Topics for the lectures are, Leadership Lessons for Modern Life: Applying Prophetic Diplomacy in Peace building, Increasing Morbidity and Mortality of Non-Communicable Diseases: Role of Early Detection in Prevention and Control. Others are, Khilafah: A Central Pillar of Muslim Unity, Memory, Mind and Mental Health in Old Age.
The leadership of the Elders group from Majlis Ansarullah Benin Republic, Ghana, South Africa, Kenya , Cameroon and Sierra Leone are attending the conference.
