Dangote Refinery

Dangote Petroleum Refinery is set to sell the company’s shares to the Nigerians latest by June 2026.
The President of the Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote, told newsmen during the visit of the Group CEO of NNPC, Mr Bayo Ojulari, to the refinery. He said the refinery will open its doors to individual Nigerian investors through a landmark listing on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) by July 2026.
According to him “Individually, Nigerians too will have an opportunity… in the next maximum four or five months, they will actually be able to buy their shares,”
The Group CEO of NNPC Limited, Bayo Ojulari, visit to Dangote Refinery was indeed historic following past disagreements on sale of crude to the refinery during the era of former NNPC boss, Mele Kyari.
NNPC hold 7.2 per cent shares in the Dangote Refinery. The dividends on the share on public offer will be paid in Naira and Dollars
